Undercoat |

An undercoat for most metal, concrete and similar
substrates surfaces. Superior adhesion, incorporating specially treated
recycled rubber material for up to 50% elongation, sufficient to bridge
small cracks. A single coating can withstand exposure of up to 50%
sulfuric acid. Average coverage is 80 square feet per gallon at 20mil
thickness. An excellent choice for use with CAL551-201 and CAL551-220
topcoats |

Primer-Sealer |

A
flexible, low viscosity penetrant, ideal for priming and sealing cured
concrete. Excellent for pre-treating poorly finished or rough concrete
and prepares metal, concrete and similar substrate surfaces for finish
coats. |

Novolac
Topcoat |
|
A finish coating providing excellent wear and
abrasion resistance, impervious to lead acid electrolyte composed of up
to 80% sulfuric acid for extended periods of time (up to 93% for spill
and splash). The high ceramic content
withstands foot and equipment traffic, and is excellent choice
for battery rooms and
spill containment barriers
providing a smooth, polished finish. CAL551-411 anti-slip additives can
be mixed with the final topcoat to minimize slip hazards in areas where
foot traffic may occur. Average coverage is 80 square feet per gallon at
20mil thickness. |

CAL551-210
Epoxy Uni-Coat |
|
A self-priming industrial
maintenance coating with high rubber content offering excellent impact
resistance while maintaining flexibility, stretching enough to bridge
micro-cracks up to 0.10 inch. Can be used as a floor coating or as an
undercoat for CAL551-201 and CAL551-220 finish coats. As a low-cost
alternative to other coatings, resistance of up to 75% sulfuric acid
solution is maintained when applied properly, meeting the requirements
of fire codes. Can be used on metal structures that are subject to
vibration or moderate flexing. |

Hybrid
Novolac Surface Coat |
|
Our toughest surface
coating, impervious to lead acid electrolyte solution containing up to
80% sulfuric acid for up to 30 days (up to 98% for spill and splash
duty), making it the ideal choice for spill dams. CAL551-411 anti-slip
additives can be mixed with the final topcoat, making the normally
smooth, polished finish skid resistant in areas of high foot traffic.
Approximate coverage is 73 square feet per gallon. Also an excellent
choice for spill barriers and secondary containment systems. Use with CAL551—102
Primer-Sealer. |

Adhesive |
|
A water based
adhesive providing multiyear protection for tank chimes, pipe supports,
pump bases or other areas where water may be trapped or vibrations may
create an environment unsuitable for a rigid film. The preferred
adhesive for securing spill containment barriers to floor surfaces.
Seals any base, footing, etc. Can be dispensed from a caulk gun. |

offering good impact resistance, while remaining flexible, stretching

of substrates and tolerates less than perfect surface preparation.
Designed to provide 100% solids, zero VOC alternatives to coal tar
epoxies, eliminating the user and environmental concern of solvent-based
coal tar epoxies while matching or exceeding the protection provided by
them. Packaged in a 250g 2-part plastic applicator pouch. |
